[Resolved] Sun Direct — Disc positioning

They have announced in channel that the disc positioning would be done by rep FREE of charge.

They have not attended of their own and even after complaining on 25th OCT REF NO[protected].
Daily I am reminding and am informed all other known inf reg Sub and due date but not replying for action.

smart card no [protected] subramanian .n. for the past one month for dish position change no response for our numerous calls to [protected] and now asked to contact [protected]. regret for having sun direct customer.except sun .t.v. other chaneels are blocked. why ? u can block this also
