Sun Direct — Unable to view any Channel., Dish-alignment, No technical Support | |||
I am using the SUN DIRECT DTH connection for the past 2 years from August 2008. Smart card NO: " [protected] " . For the past three months. I am not able to view any of the channels. I have made many complaints to SUN DIRECT regarding DISH re alignment. Yet no technical support so far. For the past three months, we are fed up calling the Customer care people. Sun Direct — No Alignment with Sun direct
i have sun direct DTH service my smart card number is [protected] and since last one year I am following up with company for re alignment of my DTH because I am not getting some channels which i have viewed regularly. I called to sun direct near about 30 times but action taken yet, they are charging for all channels including the unavailable channelsrequest urgent action
