[Resolved] Sun Direct — RENEWING AUTOMATICALLY | |||
When there is no sufficient balance in the DTH account, i used to recharged it for some amounts as i wish. i recharged for Rs.655/- on[protected] and found that the same balance of Rs.60.91/- was there in my account and there was no sign of Rs.655/-. i called the customer care of sun direct and asked about the same. they simply informed me that, they had renewed my tamil basic subscription plan for another six months (i.e. upto Feb-12) since i had already activated it previously for six months. what would happen to my money when i am switching my DTH account to some other service provider in another 2 months and if i required the service only for 1 month. they simply answer me that since previously i was used the six months renewal their server is programmed for automatic renewal for the next six months. they also gave me a complaint no.[protected] for the same.
