Dear sir/Madam,

This is regarding a technical issue.

I make a complaint on 1st Nov'10 and contacted[protected] sundirect executive (Name: Mr. Vikram) spoked to him about the complaint as" My sundirect channels are not working pls rectify this as soon as possible. But still that's not rectified. My Sundirect Smart card no: [protected]R in the name of N. Krishnan.

I contacted so many times from the complaint still they not rectified that.

Help in this regard and rectify the issue.
