Sun Direct — no response in any channel

I am the holder of Sun DTH connection No.[protected] R. I am your consumer about more than one year. From to-day morning I tried to put on T V channel, all the channels give message ' currently scrambled' and I not able view any channel. Please rectify the same at the earliest.

they are not responding all costomer care phones & distributor, dealer phones are not in use only recharge via online no addons available really bad!

Sun Direct DTH — not getting any channel

my id no is [protected] of sundirect dth service. i have recharged it on 6/9/2011. till now sundirect didnot restore service i tried meny times to contact with customercare of sundirect dth but couldnot sucseed my tel no is [protected]
