Sun Direct — No signal very often | |||
I have Sun Direct Dish Antenna - Since its installation last October 2009, very often, signal problem. Video will be there and suddenly no signal- searching for signal indication will appear on the TV. Against a number of complaints, only two times they attended and also collectd money for attending. Very Very poor response. Even complaint to the distributor is of no use. Is there any procedure for complaining in the consumer court for this. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am too facing the same problem. Their service is the worst you will ever get. In the last 15 days there was transmission only for 2 days. I have with me 10 complaint numbers which they have given. Everyday I get a message that my complaint is closed without rectifying the fault. The error message which is displayed on the tv is E16-4...scrambled. Every time I am asked to restore the factory settings but without any positive results. The call centre people do not give you the phone numbers of the higher authorities to complain. I have already recharged my account and hence not in a position to change to another provider. My smart card number is [protected]. Contact number is [protected]

yes I am also facing same complaint no signal and also it showing as smart card failure..what the reason for showing this kind of notice...
