[Resolved]  Sun Direct TV Pvt. Ltd. — TECHNICAL PROBLEM NOT SOLVE

our smart card no. [protected] and my complain no. is[protected] on 25 september 2010.

on 25 september 2010 some normal technical problem in set-top box and their technical person mr. shatish collect it. And 7 October I received my set-top box but same as it is. It's not repair. They have not specific answer.

They are not support to me.

How poor service of sun direct tv pvt. ltd.

our smart card no. [protected] and my complain no. is[protected] on 25 september 2010.

on 25 september 2010 some normal technical problem in set-top box and their technical person mr. shatish collect it today 6 October till not received it. Their customer care executive ask to me your problem solve in 24 hours and daily given now complain number. but we not received any genuine answer.

Now what to do me.

My smart card no of sun dth is [protected] and i have taken value plus hindi pack but unable to view channels as initially satellite failure of sun direct and now despite of so many request they failed to retune my dish as they have changed sateliite i have also sent many e mails to nodal officer sundirect delhi ncr area but they failed to reply a single one theier customer care service is so poor that either to contact no is tough job and if anybody contact them the call centre persons replies are-pl call after 15 minutes as we fail to see your details due to technical failure or we are contacting our senior and they will call back at your mobile in 2 hours and then no call back, i am very frustated with its service and finding mysel[censored]nable to do anything as without full channels they are debiting daily amount from account

i am the Sun Direct user from the Surat. And i am suffering like anything by this company regarding transmission problem. And i am hoping that might they can give the some good transmission so that we can enjoy the some good things rather than blue screen.

I have same issue...contacted customer care many times, every time i get a case ID. but issue has not been resolved yet, No technical person come my home as agreed by them through their ad, Very very poor customer service. Still i dont get many channels due to frequency issue
