Sun Direct — dish not working and technician not visiting

I have complained about my suntv not working since september to their customer care cell. Everytime i complined they told me that the technician would come sortly and your dish 's setting would be changed by him as their satellite got changed. But that technician never droped in to my place. I am tired to call them up, its almost 100 times i called suntv's customer care, but no reply. Now its more than 6 months.I took a package of 1100/= and the whole amount gone waste. i do not know what to do now. MY SUNTV CUSTOMER ID ID [protected]
