MYSELF AND 5 OF MY FRIENDS ARE HAVING SUN DIRECT DTH CONNECTION. SINCE JULY 2010 WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET ALL CHANNELS, BUT NOW WE NOT GETTING ANY CHANNELS ON SUN DIRECT. THE HOME PAGE IS DISPLAYED. WE ALL HAVE SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN OUR ACCOUNTS. THIS SITUATION IS PREVAILING SINCE 25th OCTOBER 2010. WE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS THROUGH PHONE AND WEBSITE OF SUN DIRECT, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. WE ENQUIRED AT THE LOCAL DEALER AT VALPOI (NORTH GOA), BUT HE TOO WAS HELPLESS AND TOLD THAT SUN DIRECT TECHNICIAN SHOULD ATTEND THE PROBLEM. NOW WHAT SHOULD WE DO ? OUR MONEY IS GETTING DEBITTED EVERYDAY BUT WE ARE NOT VIEWING A SINGLE CHANNEL. WE ARE PLANNING TO FILE A CASE WITH THE CONSUMER COURT AT PANAJI, GOA, BUT WE WILL WAIT FOR ANOTHER 10 DAYS BEFORE DOING SO. Was this information helpful? |
