Sun Direct — No visual display

Sir,
My Sun Direct DTH is not working properly for the last few days. I have made a complaint to their customer care service on 15/11/11. Again I have made a complaint to nodal officer as follows
"Your technicians are not responding against my complaint NO:[protected] dated 15/11/11 even after my continuous follow-ups. I can't able to view the pictures from Sun direct set of box but from DVD I am able to view the pictures and can hear sound. Please do the needful at the earliest as I am having a good relationship with Sun Direct for the past 3-4 years.Hope you will respond at the earliest".

Till now nobody is responding. Kindly help me to overcome this situation.
