My name is M.VIJAYA BHASKAR, I am a subscriber to the SUNDIRECT DTH from[protected], MY SMART CARD NO IS [protected], CUSTOM ID NO. CR-6327299, and i paid Rs.999.00 towards TELUGU BASIC PLAN for ONEYEAR and also paid Rs.300.00 towards telugu CINEMACLUB on[protected].The duration of the period is ONEYEAR from[protected] TO[protected] as placed in the INTERNET in my account. Recently I opend the NET and found the information that the BALANCE of Rs.108.49 were shown in the CINEMACLUB,but as per your agriment Rs.20.00 per month has to be deducted from Rs.300.00. But I surprised that to see that the balance is only Rs.108.49 and also further noted therein that the PERIOD WILL EXPIRED BY[protected], infact i am entitled to it up to[protected]. I lodged a COMPLAINT to your customer care center on[protected] under complaint no.1-[protected], again contacted customercare center on[protected] under complaint no.1-[protected]. Your CALLCENTER has not properly responded to my complaints inspite of intimation on two occations besides this have sent mail on two occations regarding the complaints.But NO ACTION till date from your side. I am loosing 10/- whenever i contacted with your CUSTOMERCARECENTER. YOU ARE LIABLE TO REIMBURSEMENT EXPECT MORETHAN 50/-.
THEREFORE I REQUEST TO RECTIFY THE MISTAKES COMMITTED AND CONTINUE THE SERVICE UP TO[protected] AND SHOW THE AMOUNT IN CINEMACLUB AS RS.230/-. INTIMATE SAME BY WAY OF MAIL, IMMEDIATELY ALSO UPDATE MY ACCOUNTS WITH EXACT FIGURES. M.VIJAYA BHASKAR TODAY MORNING SIGNAL WAS CUTT. IMMEDIATELY SOLVE MY PROBLEM, AND UPDATE MY ACCOUNT.
