This is Raj kumar,

my smart card no. is-[protected],
2 months before i repeatedly called sun dth customer care,for re allignment of receiver. they couldn't do it for me. then i made it by paying 200 rs, to a local technician.

today[protected],i recharged my ac. with 300rs,and asked them to add hindi channels, but they directly changed my basic package. this shows the inefficiency of the team.

It absolutely true that, Sun Direct taking ransom of their customers. I have also been one of the affected. I am not watching for the past 2 and half months channels in Sun Direct. After my repeated follow-up a technician has come to my house from M/s Aditya Associates, Secunderabad, taken away the set-off box for upgradation of software. After 20 days, he has not brought back set-off box and gives all false committments to attend within next 24 hours. Even I informed at the Sun direct Nodal office located at Bowenapally to Mr Feroz. From this office also i received similar false committment to rectify the problem within next 24 Hours. Now i am comtemplating to register a case in consumer forum for redresseal of my problem.
