[Resolved]  Sun Dth — Poor customer service

Since Sun DTH changed the statellite , we unable to see all the channels. From last 2 months daily one channel gone. I have complaint many times. They used to say same lie.

Today No channel coming. Even i called them they used to tell same lie.

VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Hi,

i am from bangalore . iam using Sun dth i found there customer service is very very worst ...
you con't reach the cuctomer number esay you have to tray 50 times .if yor call is taken you have to wait 15 to 20 min to speek to customer care..example you want to add a channel for Rs.20 or 40
you phone calll costing around 15 rs ...what a bad service . my suggetion i will never recoment buy sun dth.

There self care web is superb i never seen that home page of self care it's not conncting at all
i am using 2mbps net ...

very very poor in all
