Sun Dth — recharging

Sir
m a user of sun direct for last four years.In 5th August 2010 i recharge my account by calling this no which is provided by distributor [protected]. my smart card no is [protected]. But my account is not recharged. i again i call them tomorrow ,they said that that recharge was done to an another smart card and they transfer that amount to my account with in 24hrs. But Still My account is not activated. When i calls them they said please call in Kerala no. & when m calls in Kerala no please call in Chennai no. sir what will i do
