Sun Dth — Not providing validity | |||
I purchased SUN DTH on 30-Nov-2012 with 8 month validity on tamil cinema plus package by paying Rs 1900 in Hyderabad, My PIN number is [protected], Within one and half month, they have deactivated the subscription and changed my plan with monthly subscription and once again i have paid RS 143 as monthly premium to resume the service. I have registered multiple complaints from 17-Jan through customer care center, my complaint numbers are 1-[protected],1-[protected],1-[protected] and [protected] still they did not extend the validity as per the package and my problem is not being resolved even i asked them to refund the money but they are saying they dont have any option to refund. please suggest me how to claim my money.
