[Resolved] Sundirect — channels are not coming | |||
Dear sir, I have taken SUNDIRECT connection in Setember Month.After 3 months ie.from November onwards channel are not coming .when i enquired ,They said some sateelite problem which will be get resolved within one week.but still it is not resolved. Already i Have given four complaints and i spoke to customer excutive .but there is no response .why these people are giving worst service ,please take necessary action to avoide this kind of cheating to customers.
