[Resolved] Sundirect — No TV signal s for 2 months | |||
I have signed for a Sun Direct subscription on 17/3/2010 by paying a sum of Rs. 2,440. For about two months now most of the channels I subscribed for cannot be viewed. I have contacted thier call center for over a dozen times during the course of the last 2 months. Every time I am promised that a technician will come over within 24 hours and attend to my need.
