[Resolved]  Sundirect Hd — WORST CUSTOMER CARE

Hello,
My smart card no-[protected] , have filed complaint ([protected]) with HD Chennai office four months before, minimum Rs3000 phone bills for talking with cutomer care , still they cannot correct our receiver problem.Everytime they say they will clear within 24 Hrs , but its already gone 72 days, it seems SUNDIRECT HD dont have cutomer care and service engineers.I personally suggest , all friends to not to buy SUNDIRECT-HD any more.
