MY COMPLAIN NUMBER IS 1-[protected]. I had raised a complaint through the customer care number provided in the website. They informed that they require 48 hours for solving the problem. For just a small mis alignment in the antena and mobilising a service executive sun network takes 48 hours which is almost 4-8 hours with other service providers.

Faulty STB

I am availing DTH sevices of Sundirect from last 2 years and my current plan is valid upto March 2013. 8th November, I had lodged a complaint to their Customer Care Centre - Ref No.1-[protected] for non working of STB. After a series of follow-up one technician came and replaced the STB with a old repaired one by end of November. Again this STB developed technical problems after 2 days of replacement. My smart card no-[protected] , have filed complaint ([protected]) with HD Chennai office four months before, minimum Rs3000 phone bills for talking with cutomer care , still they cannot correct our receiver problem.Everytime they say they will clear within 24 Hrs , but its already gone 72 days, it seems SUNDIRECT HD dont have cutomer care and service engineers.I personally suggest , all friends to not to buy SUNDIRECT-HD any...
