Sundirect — setup box problem | |||
Respected Sir, My sundirect connection number is[protected]R. I have registered a complaint on 09/10/2011(setup box power supply problem) Many times I contact the customer care excutives by phon there was no response. And also registered e-mail complaint on 22/10/2011, on the same one of the representative contacted me by phone and told me to pay Rs 250/- I will exchange the setup box. and I agreed but still there is no response. 26/10/2011 is a DEEPAVALI. Without TV how will enjoy the Deepavali.I having two kids. They have mentaly apset. Same problem I faced 7 months back, that time also no response and myself repaired .It took 20days. This is a correcet customer service. I need a solution for the above mater. thanks for your services. with unhappy customer s.sadaiyandi. [protected].
