[Resolved] Sundirect — non-replacement of HD set-top box | |||
SMART CARD No.[protected] OF SATELLITE CABLE DTH TV COMPLAINT No.1-[protected] OF 08-MAY-2012. I have complained the above company since 08-May-2012 for simple replacement of Set-Top Box and a score of technical/support personnel for the last six days but nobody has turned up, so far and my problem is unresolved yet. I am being tortured by the SunDirect DTH by not changing the set-top box and not allowing me to view TV though my subscription is alive and everyday the proportionate amt of subscription is being reduced in their record without providing any service the proportionate subscription for the last six days.
