Sir,
We have purchased a flat at Diamond City West, Behala, Kolkata. During purchasing builder promised a quality construction and efficient service. However, three years after flat hand over, we shocked to see that the quality of construction is just horrible. They are yet to hand over all the amenities like Swimming Pool, Different Sports Facilities, Plantation of Trees (Environmental Requirement), Beatification of Water Body inside the premises ((Environmental Requirement). Recently we are hearing (unofficially) that they are yet to clear Municipal Tax and the reason they are yet to receive completion certificate from KMC.
