We have purchased a flat at Diamond City West, Behala, Kolkata. During purchasing builder promised a quality construction and efficient service. However, three years after flat hand over, we shocked to see that the quality of construction is just horrible. I bought a flat in Diamond City West Behala. The developer is Super Diamond Nirman Limited and project is handled by Navin Bhartia.
When they handed over the flat, the quality of finish was horrible. After repeated follow up they did nothing and I spend on fixing the damps.
Later when they handed over my parking, there is a Neem tree inside the parking and parking size is not matching as per their own sizes....
