I bought a flat in Diamond City West Behala. The developer is Super Diamond Nirman Limited and project is handled by Navin Bhartia.
When they handed over the flat, the quality of finish was horrible. After repeated follow up they did nothing and I spend on fixing the damps.
Later when they handed over my parking, there is a Neem tree inside the parking and parking size is not matching as per their own sizes. I am following up for last 6 months, but there is no improvements.
Finally the quality of maintenance and cleanliness of the campus is third class. Builder is occupying many areas, project is not yet completed, but they force us to pay huge maintenance charge, which is around 2 times than their written confirmations. Was this information helpful? |
