[Resolved] Supertech Builder — Poor quality | |||
I purchased a flat in bluestone-1 supertech emerald court and now I got possession. But I found quality of flat is not as per specification. Very poor electrical quality, worst fitting and worst wood work. All rusted fittings in bathroom. Wooden work is also having poor quality. During construction , many tiles are broken but they r not willing to replace. Overall I see is they do not any good supervisor who can manage quality. Local worker play with our hard earned money. Whatever way they want they put the things. Director etc seems to be busy in making money in all illegal ways. God save mr. Arora. Hope he would like to grow and stay in market. So far, I have not recommended supertech to any one even though our close circle have taken 16 flats in last 6 months. Do not recommend this cheat builder to any one. For their new projects they are trying all illegal ways. they double book, promise more discount, charge you more then commited. they promote their projects as bank approved. and they charge you inteest till they get apporval and you get loan. they are just to squeze their customer. their agreement is totally builder biased, think 200 times before booking in supertech. if you have value for your money dont think about them. try some other buidler, check their references, ask your friends before you take any decision related to booking any flat.
