[Resolved] Supertech — supertech builder is not paying pre-emi under subvention scheme

I bought supertech flat, on subvention scheme, specially because it was "emi starts with possession". Now, the possession date is still very far, supertech has also suddenly stopped paying pre emi, asking the customers us to pay for the same, saying they will make up for the interest amount one would have got from the bank against that amount.

I contacted many persons in supertech but till now no satisfactory response is received.
Supertech is not responding to any emails or phone calls, while the outstanding is piling on with the bank.

They are just extending the date but there is no progress in the building. I need help .

It has been around/over six years and I have not received the possession of my unit at Supertech Hues. I got this under subvention scheme and since 2018, the bank has been after me to pay the EMIs. Considering the dent on my credit score and future investment opportunities, I paid the EMIs (interest and principal) for a year and half and then contacted Supertech to pay it as per the agreed contract. After tons of calls and emails, they informed me that they will reimburse me and will pay to the bank till possession. Forget about reimbursement, now the bank has started contacting me again saying that Supertech hasn't paid them for last 4 months now.

Hi guys..Just wanted to check if any one of you has gotten your grievance addressed as I am undergoing the same issue. Got a property from supertech and paid emi's under the subvention plan which they are refusing to pay now.
