[Resolved] Supertech Upcountry — Harassing for the payment | |||
I and my friends purchased 3 studio apartments, Our plan is Constructed Linked Plan ( CLP). we already paid 20% of the total amount.. and the third payment (10%) which is due in setember - 2012.. they are asked us to pay in April, but due to some family issues we were unable to pay the amount in april.. we asked them to give us time upto may end. and we are even ready to pay interest to that amount.. but still they are warning us that they can cancel our flat allotment. and in that case they will retain the 15% amount and only returns 5% amount.. So its really pathetic , absurd way of dealing with the customers.. So our request is please thibk before booking flats in supertech Was this information helpful? | |||

was that written in your builder buyer agreement with supertech as Head sales of Supertech told me that everything is told to customer and written in the agreement and nothing is hidden.
