[Resolved]  Surat Passport Office — Tatkal Passport Delays

Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Hitesh Gabani and my application no. is d001329. I had submitted for my passport renewal in Surat Passport Office before 25 days for tatkal by paying the tatkal fees and submitted all required documents and i am a business person and had a important meeting this week which i had clarified to Mr.Mahendra Kadva a senior office in this office which he had agreed to give my passport soon but everyday they ask for new documents intensely to delay the process and also for police inquiry they intensely delay it and i was informed Mr.Patel who is the head of this office was specially taking interest to delay it as my agent also informed me they indirectly wanted to benefit from us and also like to inform you that there is another person who i know got hes passport very soon even didn't require hes police inquiry urgent and was told he can do that police inquiry later when he has time but all this for him because he was not a important person and they wont benefit from him i suppose and now when my passport is ready still they are delaying it by courier excuses and everyday saying you'l get it by tomorrow................

So what is going on, this is the way to trouble people who are the highest tax payers and is our system going to improve anytime..........
