My niece's passport has been stuck at the Regional Passport Office for over a month. It currently says that the Police Verification Report for her passport application is under review. I am unable to book an appointment to inquire about it because all 60 appointments are gone within seconds, and they're never released.

I am very frustrated by this situation. I have tried calling the Passport Office, but I cannot get through...

I have accidentally applied for passport cover at PSK Surat. I was not allowed to see the product nor touch it. Now when I have received the product, it is pathetic. Probably the worst purchase ever from TATA. Now when I want to refund the product, it is not allowed. Counter A & B working on time since 8.30 am. but counter C start to attaining after 10. am. due to this visitors numbers are increasing, everybody seating without maintaining social distance. also who completed verification before 9 am. they have to wait more than 1 to 2 hours.

i am requesting management to improve system for better service.

In the age of technology where the PM himself encourages the public of india to be digitally expand.. and he specifically described that the digital print of Aadhar card is accepted as same as physical aadhar, then how could you not accept?
We live far from psk centre and my father has to go all the way back for get that POSTED COPY of aadhar,
I also gave them my aadhar card but they wanted the full page view.. and in printed...
