Rude behavior and Denial to queries

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a complain against people working at Passport office, Bahumadi, Surat. The lady handling everything there was very rude and did not give me any details about the form asked me to come with the filled form the next day. not giving me received copy & proper response

Respected sir,
I submited my app. for passport by[protected] by app. no. surBoo8561 & get som big trubles by that I have to submit som documents & afidevits but they are not giving me received copy of any document & afidevit submited by me time by time to them as per their demand & taking tremondus time in action.
The responce come like i[censored] want received copy u may take back your documents.Kindly help me out...
