SUB: PROBLEMS FACED IN R.C.BOOK & SERVICING.

COMPLAINT OF RC BOOK
I Mr Kamlesh Bhansali i have purchased a brand new Suzuki Acess 125 cc MH-01-AJ3639 on 21.11.2008 Invoice no .711 from your authorized dealer M/S.Akshay Automobile Pvt .Ltd. Malad ( Mumbai).
I am writing these letter to inform you that after 15 months of purchasing the vehicle I have not got the R.C.Book which is issued by RTO . The vehicle may be seized by the RTO Executives due to non availability of R.C.Book as the vehicle can be considered of theft. More than 100 times I have personally made calls to the executives of Akshay Automobiles but no one has properly attended my call and no one has ever called me back for my complaint .Every time they have taken my numbers to call me but no one has replied me back. Even I have visited personally 2-3 times but none of them had taken my complaint in a proper manner. Each and every time they tells within 2 days the R.C.book will be send it to your addressed . Please let me know when I will get my R.C.Book .

COMPLAINT OF SERVICING
We have always taken our vehicle five times to the authorized service centre namely WANI MOTORS at Sayani Road Mumbai 400025. The workshop consist of area of 100 sq.feet. and does not have any proper instrument to do the service properly and he does the service on footh path. We came to know that he is not doing the service properly as he was only washing the vehicle when we spoke with him he told that he is getting only 40 rupees to service the vehicle as he told to us. As well he told nothing I can do extra except washing the vehicle in 40 rupees. And he has damaged my vehicle chasis as I came to know when I have taken my vehicle to AKSHAY AUTOMOBILES FOR 6TH SERVICING . They given me the vehicle after 23 days on paying of Rs 3000 without my fault. After one month the same problem has occurred with engine again.It is clear negligence from your dealer or from your service centre part. I do not within 15 months the vehicle is in the worst condition. So please exchange my scooter with new one or give me my money back within 7 days. If I dont get I will move to the consumer court or I will start my legal proceedings as you and your company will be responsible for all the expenses of legal charges and for harassment with me. We have purchased 5-6 suzuki acess scooter. Please do the needful and take necessary action against the Wani Service Centre & Akshay Automobiles and teach them the lesson to staff how to behave with the customer properly.

Fully agree with the complaint of negligence by Akshay Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Malad (W)

I booked a Access-125 in Sep-2010 which was committed to deliver after 1 month on 17th Oct. But at the time of delivery their sales executive Mr. Dashrath said that they didn't get delivery of my vehical from company so far. Final they get delivery on 19th Oct. but still they are waiting for RTO registration. I went to showroom on 22nd but by that time they didn't get RTO regiesteration done. I called many times between 19th Oct to 26th Oct. but nobody gave me satisfactory reply. Very disappointing. After paying upfront not getting delivery on time.
I Kavita Nandu have experienced similar inefficient behaviour from Mr. Dasharath inspite of promising me to get my registration number, he did not diliver me the same by the end of the day.
This experience has made me loose faith and trust in your brand which until now I was considering to be one of the elite Brand in Automobile.
I got delivery of Suzuki Access on 9 Sept 11, the RC work I have to do by some other agent as after giving all the documents for loan and sanctioning of the same, team AKSHAY AUTOMOBILES said they wouldn't be able to do the RC job.
Even the ignition lock was not working properly at first. When called at workstation phone was either diconnected or no one picked it.

Latest the speedometer wire broke in 2 and 1/2 months time of purchase. Now the workstation person is telling speedometer wire is not covered in warranty. Also according to service station person "I am responsible for its breakage as I must have drived the vehicle over potholes deliberatily" why would I do that???

Again I already have Honda Activa since last two years and its speedometer wire never broke!!

The quality of service is hundred percent poor!!! But I guess quality of vehicle and parts is questionable too!!!(Which I thought would be equivalent to Honda)
