[Resolved]  Suzuki Access125 — WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SUZUKI

SIR,

Before filing a case I am expecting a good reply from your company. I bought a SUZUKI ACCESS on 26/08/2011 (Vehicle Model: ACCESS 125, ENG. No. : F[protected], Frame No. : MB8CF4CAHB8328893 and Registration No. : TN-03-F-7126). Exactly after 20 days roughly 600 km on odometer the vehicle got breakdown. I tow the vehicle and left for repairing at your authorised dealer SRI ROONWAL MOTORS PVT LTD, 587/658, T.H ROAD, OLD WASHERMENPET, CHENNAI – 600021.They repair the vehicle and after one month I left my vehicle for first service around 1100 km on odometer . After taking the vehicle from the service I heard a engine noise. I took the vehicle back to service station. The authorised person Mr. Dhandapani told me he will check and let me know the problem but after a week time he call me and told me that my vehicle is ready. When I went to the service station he gave me a bill for Rs 1700 odd. When I asked the company for what Rs1700. They explain me that they had changed the original bore, piston rings, camshaft and rocker arm set .This all parts comes under warranty. When I asked Mr. Dhandapani why you didn’t inform me about the parts changes, he didn’t reply my question. Then I asked why you are giving me a bill for Rs 1700, he told me that the head of the vehicle has been reconditioned in a local lathe (job not done in the company workshop). When I check with experts they told that since the original parts have been changed the durability of parts is lost and there will be frequent recurrence of repair works. As head has been reconditioned in the local lathe the durability of the engine is uncertain. When I denied taking the vehicle I was ill treated by the company. Even I tried your company Suzuki helpline number thrice but I didn’t got a reply because of this I’ve been forced to take a legal action on your company.
