Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd — Low mileage of Motorcycle

Myself Yogesh kale , on 05.01.12 , I have purchased Suzuki Motorcycle - SLINGSHOT 125 cc from Planet Automative pvt ltd - address : kamdhenu house , near kamla kamdhenu hall , drive - in road , ahmedabad - 52 having registration no : GJ 1 NL - 2490 .

During the conversation & discussion at the time ot sale , they are claiming & commited that the motor cycle will give the mileage around 65 km / lit .

I have already taken the free maintenence service 2 times , last time suzuki workshop has given the bottle test & prove that the mileage comes 65 km / lit , by getting the 200 ml fuel from my vehicle & run the vehicle which vehicle runs 13km which considered mileage 65 km / lit .

But i am not convienced , since last 3 months my motor cycle has given the mileage around 50 km/ lit .

Request to reslove the problem immediately .

Since the petrol rates are rise like anything i am suffered a lot .
