Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd — new vehicle - disc brake destroyed

My name is vikas sahu. This complaint is regarding the new vehicle (Suzuki access 125, new model).

I bought this vehicle four months back from " elegant auto india malik suzuki (Toli chowki, hyderabad 500008).
Within four months o[censored]sage, the dis brake of my vehicle completely got destroyed. When i reported this issue to suzuki customer care and malik suzuki, they said that this issue does not come under warranty.

I was surprised that how can they talk like that, the same vehicle costs 69, 000 rupees, and with dis-brake feature, it costs 75000 rupees. Only for dis-brake, i paid 6000 extra, and now within 2400 km and four months of time, it s disbrake has been gone completely.

There has not been any assistance from the distributor malik suzuki and nor from suzuki customer care.
