I am an Army Officer posted in agra, i made the biggest mistake by subscribing to your online purchase scheme of getting two watches for Rs 2150/-, I dont know why you call it a gift, I have paid for it.
Any way my money was cut for the same almost instantly, this is around 13 feb 2009, no. M-COMMERCE OGA/[protected], I waited for a few days but no responce from you except for a stupit mail saying congrats your GIFT will reach you in 7 days, I waited, no response, I then called on your paid number, lodged a complain, with no. 19732 on 14 mar 2009, after a month of my money being cut, i was assured the items will reach me in 7 days, i waited, still nothing, i again called, complaint no. 30239 dated 21 march 2009, same rubbish...sir it will reach you soon, today is 31 march 2009

Hi,

I ordered a swatch watch from ITBC they sent me a defective piece.

When I asked for a replacement they said we will replace but never got back to me with how to get it done.

We need to inform the public not to buy anything from this website/company as they are cheating people.

swatch watch — Very bad response given to Customers.

Have placed an order with India today having booking id: [protected] and reference number 0CA[protected] by 11th or 14th of feb.
It was supposed to get delivered in 7 to 10 days and didn’t happen.
Again called up on 23rd of Feb was told will be sending in first flight courier and will reach in a max of 4 days again didn’t happen.
Now it’s gone be the month of May and really want to know whether you can deliver me the product by Monday or else Encash my money 2150/- back.
If none of the above works soon I going to take real serious decision on this.

swatch watch — One watch not delivered

I had placed an order against order number 0GA[protected]. I had received only one swatch watch though I had ordered 2 watches. The invoice mentions that there should be 2 watches in the box.



I had checked the box before opening for any tampering but the same was intact and so I had opened the box.



But only one watch was there. I had called up your helpline number[protected] and complaint of the same the complaint number is 109141. I was told that the same will be checked at your end and I will get the second watch in 10 days.

Enclosing chain mail which I had been sending with no resolution till date.
