[Resolved]  sx4 — Used spare part (alternator) found in newly bought Maruti SX4

I have bought Maruti SX4, model no. RW416ZXi on 14th June, 2010 from KVR Auto Cars Pvt. Ltd Dealer code . 7H01.
On 23rd June 2010, my car was breakdown at calicut and on calling breakdown service no. car was attended by ABT Dealer at Calicut. And on 24th Assistant service manager, Mr. Acchuttan. had informed that a spare part called "alternator", which is essential for battery charging has developed a fault, and on inspection by Lucas , vendor for alternator, it was found that the part is already used and repaired one earlier. Hence no warranty for the same.
Now as per the communication received from Mr. Nainesh from KVR Auto Car pvt ltd. alternator is being replaced by the new one by tonight.
But now I am demanding certification from Maruti that the newly bought SX4 is indeed a new one and all the spare parts are new as original as provide by Maruti.
Further I demand an inquiry to let me know how a used spare part has come in a new SX4. Who is responsible, whether its mistake from Maruti Udhyog Ltd. or is it a foul play by the dealer. Whichever the case may be i would like to know the action taken, so as to be kept safe from these kind o[censored]nsavory experiences. If my Car is an used one as it looks like , I would want my car to be replaced and I will be forced to lodge criminal complaint on cheating against the concerned dealer or against Maruti as the case may be.
I need a satisfactory explanation by Maruti on my complaint or I will be forced to take legal action .
Hope a loyal customer wont be cheated with awareness of maruti.
