[Resolved] sx4 — sx4 service SUCKS. | |
Dear Mr.Murmu, I FEEL SORRY FOR HAVING SOLD MY HONDA CITY TO BUY YOURS SX4,a grave mistake i could ever make. your dealers are still best at selling and servicing ALTO.WAGON R OR MAYBE SELF SELLING SWIFT.They dont have the attitude still to cater a car abvoe the class of SWIFT OR DEZIRE. The attitude is "i don't care a damn" like. its more than 4 months I have been asking for a floor mat for my 1 and half year old SX4, but in vain .the guys at the Indus showroom ,Calicut, Kerala are hopeless.the person with whom am i laison is Mr.Veneesh,accesory dept,indus motors,calicut,kerala. As a customer i had to follow up with them ( they will never call back even if they see missed calls ) for an accesory..still it has not come.THE GUYS AT DEALERSHIP HAVE NO CLUE WHEN WILL IT COME FINALLY. Is your maruti genuine accessory so special than a HONDA CITY OR VERNA or FEISTA , that i have to wait endlessly ,is it not a mockery of a customer for having bought your product in good faith. FURTHERMORE I HAVE TO PAY AN ADVANCE FOR THE ACCESORY AS BOOKING AMOUNT...HAVE U HEARD THIS BEFORE..I HAVE CERTAINLY NOT BOUGHT A FERRARI..OR A PORSHE...ITS JUST ONE ORDINARY sx4. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND A PRODUCT ABOVE SWIFT TO BE BOUGHT FROM MARUTI. sx4 — Component exchanged by Dealer
Dear Sir,I had given my SX4 Car No HR 51 AC 7287, to M/s BATRA AUTO CO , 14/1, MILESTONE, MATHURA ROAD, FARIDABAD, for insurance claim and servicing.
The following incidents were observed :-
1] My Reserve / Stepni tyre was changed to a TUBE TYRE instead of original TUBELESS.
There is no mention for the same in Job Card.
2] My car is less than 2 years old, and there was a problem in the battery. Instead of replacing the battery, they chose to charge the same and give it to me.
This is matter of shear regret and a black spot on the Brand Image of MARUTI.
As a bonafied customer I need the replacement in Original.
sx4 — Body Shop Services
Services by Body Shop not proper Mr Ramesh Manager Body Shop was rude and abnormal behaviour in dealing with high profile customersI had to pay Rs 3000/= for small denting work and partly painting work of rear bumper and little touching painting work of the vehicle remained unattended. Such short-comings should have been avoided with the customer and completed body shop work should have been in public interest even at reasonable cost
Such things should not happen again in near future

sx4 — poor customer service - sx4
