Symantec — Order I did not place
On, Oct. 26, 2009 64.99 was taken from my acct. twice by your company. I have not ordered anything from you and as a matter of fact, I had called you 1 month age and asked that my current static as a customer be canceled due to the lack of a computer. Apparently the protection I did have with Norton and Symantec did not catch the virus that attacked and distroyed my mother board while under protection from your company. On that membership I still had 6 months left. Now, you have charged me for 2 more memberships I did not order.Please return my money to my checking account and cancel these un athorized transactions. If this is not back into my acct by the time I fly home tomoorow I will be filing an idenity theft complaint with my police dept and naming your company as the thief.
