[Resolved] Symphony Air Cooler — Not getting service of Symphony Air Cooler

I am a Symphony Air Cooler customer of their product model Jumbo Jr. I had bought the product in 2008 may-june. The motor of the cooler jammed the water exhausting valve is lost and the grass is became dusty and I had registered the complaint around month back, at Hi-tech engg, maninagar, ahmedabad, gujarat. The cumplaint is on my fathers name. I have been following it up on a daily basis but nobody has turned up. I am a Symphony air cooler customer of their product model Hi Cool. i had bought the product from Jwala Electrical s and Home Appliances on 22/05/2009 and my bill no is 7883. my complaint is about the pump of the cooler which is not working since 10/06/5009, i have been complaining regularly for 12/06/2009.I had registered the complaint on 15/06/2009, 18/06/2009, 27/06/2009, 30/06/2009 but there is no concrete action.
regarding this complaint i have spoke with your sales person Mr. Danial, i spoke to the owner of your service center Mr.Sanjay but there is no action taken till date.my address and contact number is as follows.
