My problems with the cooler started from day.1. First the leakage from water outlet, attended to by replacing the cock with a new one by the person from the shop where I bought the cooler.
On the 2nd incident, from 2nd day onwards, when the cooler's only fan was working and not the pads getting wet, I contacted the shop owner, who in turn gave me customer care no. [protected]. On intimation of the above problem to customer care, a technician came and attended the issue.
On the 3rd incident, within a week from the 2nd incident, I found that, on switching on the fan of the cooler, the water pump was either getting switched off or jumping from 1 to 2, 2 to 3 etc. The problem was explained to customer care no. [protected] deputed a technician after three or four days from the day of lodging my complaint. The technician examined the cooler and found that there is a problem in circuit board and the same needs to be replaced. For this, we need to show the GST bill, the technician insisted. My wife showed the GST bill (which the shop owner issued while buying). The technician didn't know which is GST bill and which is not and told us we need to show a GST bill to enable him attend upon the cooler and further told us to bring a GST bill and ring/call him up to come again and accordingly he left my home. After confirming from the shop owner that the bill we showed him was a GST bill, we called the technician, but he didn't turn up. The issue of the technician not being turned up was informed to the customer care. This time, the customer care gave me the no. [protected]. A person on this no. informed me that my house address would not come under his area of operation and hence can't come, accordingly, he didn't come. The same issue was informed to the customer care again. This time, the customer care gave me the no. of Manager which is [protected]. When I called him to put forth my issue his phone sometimes rang, he didn't attend. Some times, his phone was on engage mode, he didn't bother to call me back.
As a result, till date, my cooler Symphony air-cooler Diet-50i has not been rectified. The cooler was barely used for as long as a week.
