[Resolved]  Symphony Air Cooler — symphony not given service as per norms

We have given several complaint to M/S. Symphony, to repir the air cooler. But till date they have not attended the cooler. pl. take immediate action. If you require any forther details i shall furnish the same.

I am a Symphony Air Cooler customer of their product model WINTER.
I had bought the product on 15 Aug 2009.
The water pump of the cooler jammed and I had registered the complaint around 7 days back, at Perfect Services, Gandhi nagar, Jammu.
The complaint number is C07. I have been following it up on a daily basis but nobody has turned up.
I have contact mr Ravi and send sms to him(ASC Owner)
I have also contacted company representative Mr Ashok([protected]) at least 5 times, But no response.
