[Resolved] Symphony Air Cooler — After sales service is not being attended | |||
My name is Bhanu Pratap Singh, I had purchased a Symphony Diet 50T air cooler on dated 1 May 2011, but on dated 8 May 2011, its water pump stopped working. I made the complaint on the mumbers ([protected], [protected]) provided by the Dealer from I purchased the cooler. I also tried to call on the[protected] printed on the warranty card, but this numbers a same recorded massage " WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE NOW PLZ CALL LATER". Till the end of 15 May 2011, I did not received any response from their side. Even they are not afraid of consumer forum. They are passing the comment that "TUMHE JHA JANA HAI WAHA JAO" Later the dealer provided me another number [protected] claimed to be the service head on the delhi for symphony after sale. Intialy, he confirmed me that my cooler would be git fixed in next 24 hours. but after that stopped receiving my calls. Now, I nothing had any option other than making the complain to Indian Consumer Forum. Now i have only hope from the consumer forum that they bring the attention of the Symphony Management towards the after sales services.
