[Resolved]  Symphony Air Cooler — starting problem

I am a Symphony Air Cooler customer of their product model Hi Cool remote. I had bought the product in 26th April 2012 . The starting problem and I had registered the complaint around 1 month back, at symphony Mr. Mohmmed Idrees Khan (Mob. [protected]). The call number is NPE-11F12010.
