[Resolved] Symphony — No response to request on faulty product | |||
Hi, I had purchased a Symphony Diet 22E cooler from Hyper City Mall on Banerghatta Road 2 months ago. Within one month of purchase the PCB board got burnt out and the switches melted. I lodged a complaint with the customer serivce of Symphony and in a couple of days time someone by the name of Rakshit came to attend to the complain. He changed the PCB board but did not change the switch as he did not have them. He stated he would get back after a week and do the needful. However the PCB board again started getting heated up and burning out. To my surprise i recieved a SMS stating that my complain was attended and it was closed whereas the complete work was not done. I re lodged the complain again and after that i have seen no response at all. I call up a gentleman called Mr. Kiran every now and then he assures me they are working on my complain. Its over a month now but i still dont see any action. Offlate the response has been someone will come over by tomorrow and that tomorrow has never come. I do not see any support provided by them, as the product was faulty and is within warranty period they should either repair or replace but looks like they are not interested in doing either of it. There is also a risk associated with this fault and have informed them about it but they seem to be least bothered. Kindly let me know how can i go about either getting a refund on my money or having this issue resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||

It is true company does not want to do anything.
When gave call to service center then received SMS on Mobile and now, you have to keep waiting.
Worse company ever.
