[Resolved] Symphony — Poor quality | |||
I had bought a Symphony Sumo cooler about 3 years back. Its fan blade had broken off by itself, damaging the body which cost me Rs 800 (only the blade) and more than a month to replace. Last year its fan motor winding went off. When i sent it for rewinding the electrician told me that it had Aluminium winding instead of Copper. i then called up the customer care to confirm and they agreed that they are supplying coolers with Aluminium winding. Just wonder paying Rs 9000 for a cooler which has an Aluminium winding . And this year its platic body has completely withered. Its a super cheap quality product with no value for money.
