[Resolved] Symphony — Winter cooler not working | |||
Hi, I purchased Symphony Winter Cooler on 7th April 2012. Cooler started showing problems within 2 weeks of purchase and finally jammed. I register my complain with Symphony. Their engineer came and told us motor needs to be replaced and he will get it done in 1 week. After 2 weeks, I received SMS that my problem is solved!!!! SYMPHONY WINTER — Not working
I Have purchased symphony window on first week of april 2010. and just after a week i found the cooler pump was not working.Then i called to the shop owner, where he gave me the dealers mobile. after then i called to the autherised person where he took a complaint from me and gave me the complaint no 23/N. and said that with in 3 days he will rectify the problemBut even after 4 days he didn't call me or didn't trun up. it has been my wish and i called him on 4th day. the way he spoke to me at that time was very irresponsible. i felt very bad with his words. now till today it has been 8 days they didn't turn up.
i would like to ask staight away only one question, when you are unable to react to customer quesitons and compliants then it would be better for you to close the company.
i would like to know one thing if your machine gets repair just for a week from the day of purchase. i think it is the worest brand of yours.
dont make innocent customers to break their heads with your product.
worest and words less product is yours.
