[Resolved]  Syndicate Bank — Poor Response, worst behaviour

i am bank employee, today i went to Vaniyambadi Branch, Syndicate Bank to get Netbanking application form,
employees doesn't know how to behave with customer, i dont know how these peoples are placed for the job. they dont know what is Online bank application form, but they know well to comment the customer. is this they got trained during their training period from syndicate bank?


Its better to teach the employee first how to behave with customer, bcoz of these guys only public started moving toward the private banks. i have plan to close all my accounts and my family members account with syndicate bank soon.
Thanks for ICICI bank opening in Vaniyambadi to teach lesson to these guys.

its true, i too facing the same problem from vaniyambadi syndicate bank.. they behaved worst to me.
now i completely moved my account to SBI.
