[Resolved]  System Domain — Irregularities in services and no-refund of paid fees

Same case with meat cunningham road branch.These people say some thing b4 u pay them the fee & some thing else after u pay them the fee...I enrolled for a course supposed to be completed in 2months but they never completed in 5months, i feel cheated & am consulting a lawyer to that some action is taken & my fellow brothers dont have to go through the same pain.They have all the trick u could ever think of to fool a student..

yup same with me at system domain cunningham road branch...Did not provide the refund amount despite repeated calls. The owners should be punished by law.
Never believe what comes out of their mouth bcoz its a lie...

My brother and I went for getting course information from systems domain in Marathalli, and following is our experience:
Before paying fees:
Sir, we can provide
1. flexible timings,
2. Oracle 10G full course training
3. We have power backup, so there is uninterrupted training
4. If you pay full fees, we can arrange for the course material from Oracle Corp. within 3 working days
5. If you pay partial fees, you will get the course material only on completing the entire payment
6. One batch has started yesterday. If you enroll today, we will have a special session for the candidate tomorrow in which we will provide today's session, so that he can come up to speed with other students.

After paying 100% of the fees:
1. no flexible timing. Student has to adjust to the timings of the classes
2. Only Oracle 9i course material is provided. The management says that Oracle 9i and 10G are the same (though the fees are not same). Today we are the 3rd week of class and the study material is NOT YET AVAILABLE.
3. No power backup available.
4. Full fees were paid 3 weeks ago, and we are still waiting for the course material.
5. Partial fees = partial knowledge, this is what was meant by point no. 5. But this is, full fees = partial knowledge
6. There was no such batch at all, it was a marketing / sales trick. Inspite of paying full fees, the course did not start the next day

Yeah these system Domain Cunningham Road branch people are the most corrupted i have ever met. I took up a course for Unix and Sql. They promised me a good training but the trainer dint know head and tail o[censored]nix and Sql both. I asked them to change my trainer or to return my money back. Money back policy is not present in their process. Once you give them money its impossible to get it back whether u get the training or you don't. I had no other go and i had to go for one more trainer that too only for Sql bcoz they had no one else for Unix. My course was suppose to get finished in 1 month but 3 months they gave me jus three classes. Later when i enquired i got to know that the second trainer had left the institute with out informing even the managers. This was not informed to me earlier and when asked i was told you should have come here to enquire. . It got on my nerves and i strictly asked them to give my money back. But to my disappointment they did not agree. These are big time bAS^^RDS. People if you have lots of money to waste then you can happily go join this [censored]ing Institute..

I completely disagree with the comment given about Systems Domain, i have done a course on oracle at cunningham road center in August 2010, I am very much satisfied with the training methodology & the staff there, They are so cooperative and kind, They even helped me with all the support to get my certification done.My cousins have done same course in other institute but they were not at all satisfied, fortunately by my good luck i happened to enquire in Systems Domain cunningham road center & i seriously like the counselors approach, i immediately joined

Am asking for my classes from past one and a half month and i've paid full amount but systems domain are not able to provide me. and they won't take the calls and not returning my amount also. Have been personally there for 3 times but no use.

after reading so many reviews here, i felt like givin my review too. lets hear it frm ex employee of systems domain koramangala branch. yes i was working dere as a java trainr last year and i had my lifes worst experince. although i was fresher and joined as java trainer bcoz of my certification courses, initially they said we will give u salary 5k for 3 mnths den will give u incrmnt and i was ok wid it bcoz i was fresher den dey said u need to submit ur original doc(all original markshts), initially i was nt ok bt dey assured me tht wenevr i wnt i can take back. i was not comfortable but i did. den real picture came in front. they forced me to lie to student saying i m 3 to 4 years experinced nd every month salary which i used to get was max 4(smetimes less den 3k) nd after 3 months dey were nt ready to talk abt salary nd in betwn i asked for just my 10th marksht for passprt purpose(it was urg) dey directly said it will take 10 days to give u. they started torturing mentally for doc and salary. i cant even leave job after all this bcoz my doc where der... later i came to know dat its story of almost 90% of trainers in tht branch.. they have taken derdoc and not giving back.. they people r working forcefully der not bcoz dey r interested. i have seen peoples changed there point of view toward trainers carrier. dat was d kind of torture der. and the manager arun kumar he think himself hitler of himself.. i have seen him telling all about female employees to her family. that was really bad. atlast wen i said i dont want to work, den dey said u have to pay 50k(seriously? for 5k salary job i shud pay 50k?) it doesnt worth it. i went to police station den i came to know tht such incedents has happen loads of time and he has good police connection so datsy everytime he get saved. so i decided to quit anyhow bcoz it was to much of torture, after dat he startedblackmailing me for doc and also hesaid i will blacklist u and all. initially i got scared but i didnt care and i left. but he didnt do anything bcoz he dont have any power to blacklist me. now i m working wid mnc and doing very good in my work, sometimes i hear abt people suffereing der still, still der are people getting blackmailed due to der doc and no one helps. its kind of racket going on der to fool fresher and take der doc and pressurize dem to work in low salary, in tht racket ders manager "arun kumar" and der counselor "Akshtha and hema" are involved. i m very sure they r doing fraud not only to der customers also to systems domains owners, theres no one can talk against to dem and dey hided loads fo doc which can proof tht they r making money illegally der. anyways, my suggestion to u is, not to get fooled by such companies who dont even care of der own employee or der own bosses. so dont even think of joining der..
and to students, dont believe dem dey r liars.. dey have very few people who r really experinced to teach u.. and if dey r saying this den trust me dey r lieing.
