I have read both complaints about these Tag frames. I am glad to read them as they give me some idea of potential issues with the purchase of these frames that I am about to make. However, since learning of the Tag's line of eyewear in 2003, it is interesting to find only two complaints after so much time has passed. I do understand that this does not represent the possible number of complaints in existence. But, if more people had encountered similar problems, I think more complaints wold be found.

I too purchased very expensive eye glasses. From the day one i am not at all comfertable with the frame screw. Both the glasses are not fixed with the connecting bridge..it gets bent automatically.
You can not wear glasses for more than 5 - 10 min. I went to the delar again and again..each time he tied the screw saying that this is because of mishandling. A fool only can mishanlde such en expensive thing.
I have not enough time to go to the shop everytime, but i will have to spare time to go to the Consumer Court ultimately.
