Tag Heuer — Unethical behaviour

Dear sir;

At 16.10.2014 i bought a tag hauer branded watch with the serial number of tag-car2a10ba07 from your turkish distributor saat&saat. (Campalona).. The price of this watch was 4570.- chf.

In 2016 december, just 2 months after the end of guarantee period; my watch got out of order with lagging behind 15 minutes continuously..
(By the way your distributor claims that this brand has “only” 2 years of warranty but i need your confirmation of this info as i have already lost my trust to this company)

Than i left my watch to them for repair and paid 350 chf with waiting nearly 1, 5 months to get back my watch!!!
(According to yr represantative company info; some of small parts were changed..)

Unfortunately these efforts were useless and only 2 months later my watch start to lag behind again just like the previous case!!
I left it again to yr representative company for repairing..
Again i waited 1 month more!!,
They reverted me 1 month later saying that, they just adjusted the clock but no reparing.. (No need reparing)
All the docs and correspondences are attached files..

And please be informed that during both period i was suffering a lot from your official representative due to the lack of information…

At the end naturally i requested them to change my watch with a new one. But even to get the answer “no” from them, was extremely difficult.
They didn’t want to understand that this is my legal right according “turkish consumer protection rules “ which was confirmed by my lawyer already.

Please note that ;

Among the various famous brands, i chose tag hauer just to have the high quality against its high price. Honestly the image of your brand was “reliable” in my mind.

First of all the guarantee period shouldn’t be so short like an ordinary chinese brand. Secondly the distributor you have chosen must represent you and your brand’s vision correctly.

With such a strong branded watch ; to have the same problem twice in 5 months and to be waited more than 3 months for repairing sounds ridiculous to me.
I have a few other with the same segment, but i never faced such technical problems and bad attitude of the dealer.
So i am requesting a new watch to compansate loss of my moral and my money.

Of course this is not a fault of yr dealer here in turkey, that my watch got broken twice..
But their duty is to make these corresnpondence with you instead of me for customer satisfaction..
